SharePoint¶

Using the SharePoint action, you can upload files to one of the drives on the SharePoint sites accessible by your account. Sharepoint is split into many sites. Many of which have a least one drive available to you. You will be able to select which site and drive you want to store your files in.

Settings¶

Directory: The name of the folder in the selected drive, to which the files will be uploaded. This can also contain one or more subfolders. If any of the folders in the path don’t exist, they will be created during the upload.

Note

Folder names are separated with forward slashes (‘/’), for example:

my folder/test/PDFCreator Upload

Don’t overwrite files: If a file with the same name already exists, PDFCreator will automatically add an underscore followed by a number to the new file’s name, ensuring it is unique and no data is lost. If this option is unchecked, the existing file will be overwritten.

Note

If you upload more than one file at once, the folder created inside of your Directory will be named after the the filename specified in your Save settings.

Tip

The use of tokens is available in all of the text fields of this action. For more information, please visit the Tokens section
