An activation code is a sequence of characters that are unique to your internal license server. To download your license from our online license server, you have to provide the activation code.
Please make sure that you have configured your server to allow for network access to the ILS. By default, the service listens to port 5000, so make sure that your computers can reach your server and to add a firewall rule for incoming connections to that port.
