Manage your licenses with the ILS-CLI¶

The ILS can only be configured from a localhost.

To manage your license for the ILS we provide a command line interface called ils-cli.exe. The tool is added as ils-cli.exe to your machine’s Path environment variables during the installation.

Note

In case the cli tool is not in your Path, you can find it in %PROGRAMDATA%\pdfforge\Internal License Server\ils-cli.exe.

The cli tool has an interactive help feature. To explore all the available commands execute ils-cli.exe help machines, e.g.

Available commands¶

licenses <Verb>
list	Lists all licenses
get <License Key>	Provides a license via the license key
remove <License Key>	Removes a license and also the activation for that license
import <License File Path>	Import a license with a license file

machines <Verb>
list <License Key>	Provides a list of the machines with an activated license
revoke <License Key> <HardwareID>	Revokes the activation for the license key and the MachineID

activation-code
no verb	Provides the activation code for the Internal License Server
