The HotFolder feature in PDFCreator automates your file conversions by continuously monitoring selected folders on your computer. Whenever you add a file to one of these folders, PDFCreator automatically converts it into a PDF or image file according to your configured settings.
HotFolder provides an additional way to use PDFCreator that offers greater flexibility for your workflows. Instead of printing to PDFCreator, you can simply save your document into a HotFolder. You could also place a HotFolder on your desktop and drag anything that needs to be converted directly into that folder.
It used to be a separate application, but since Version 6.2.0. it is fully integrated into the PDFCreator Professional and PDFCreator Terminal Server.
