Adds the content of a PDF file to the foreground of the document with optional opacity.
Note
Please ensure the watermark PDF file has proper transparency, all non-transparent areas will get rendered as watermark. This might include white areas which aren’t visibly distinguishable from the background. You can use PDF Architect to create a watermark PDF or to modify an existing PDF accordingly.
Opacity: The opacity of the watermark document.
In case the watermark file has less pages than the actual document you can select a Repetition:
No Repetition: The first watermark pages will be set (first background page on the first document page, second to second etc.). Page numbers above the number of watermark pages do not get a watermark.
Repeat all pages: The watermark pages repeat themselves until the end of the document. This can be used to have different watermarks for even and odd pages.
Repeat last page: The first watermark pages will be set. The last watermark page will be repeated until the end of the document. This is useful if the first page has a different layout than the rest of the pages (i.e. cover page and content pages).
Fit to page: Automatically scale the watermark to fit the page.
Note
To select if the watermark is placed on the Cover or Attachment pages, place the watermark action in the action order after the cover or attachment action (see Actions (Workflow Editor)). If you don’t want a watermark on these pages put the watermark action in front.
