With the Dropbox action, you can upload files automatically to the selected Dropbox account.
Please select the Dropbox account you would like to use to store your files. If you haven’t connected PDFCreator to your Dropbox account yet, see Add Dropbox Accounts.
Folder name: The name of the folder in your dropbox account, to which the files will be uploaded. This can also contain one or more subfolders. If the folder doesn’t exist, it will be created during the upload.
Note
Folder names are separated with forward slashes (‘/’), so a sample path would be “my folder/test/PDFCreator Upload”.
Tip
You can use tokens here. For more information, please visit the Tokens section
Don’t overwrite files: This setting ensures, that you do not overwrite already existing files in your Dropbox. If the file already exists, PDFCreator adds an increasing number to the file name, until the file name is unique.
Create a share link: This setting creates a share link for the uploaded file(s). If you’re uploading more than one file, a folder containing all of your output files will be created inside of the specified Directory of the action. The share link will lead to the sharing of the newly created folder, and not the specified Directory. This is done to prevent potentially sharing sensitive data that might already be contained in the specified Directory on your Dropbox.
Show share link after conversion: After an interactive conversion, it is possible to display the shared link. This will be displayed in the Quick Actions, where it can be opened and copied.
