Error Report List¶

In the Error Report window you are able to review, delete and send Error Reports. The Reports are containing information that can help you or the PDFCreator Support Team to identify errors that happend in the UI or during conversion of your files.

The error reports are stored in your Windows Temp folder under Temp\PDFCreator Server\ErrorLog\

Note

Reports contain sensitive data like your license key and environment variables and need to be handled with care.

Delete All Reports¶

Deletes all report files from your hard drive.

Delete Selected Report¶

Deletes the report that you selected in the list from your hard drive.

Send and Delete All Reports¶

Sends all reports via an HTTPS POST request to the PDFCreator Error Server and deletes them from your hard drive.

Note

The upload may take some time, depending on the number of reports sent.
